Conditional Use Hearing August 17, 2026 at 6PM

NOTICE is hereby given that the Newton Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a Conditional Use Hearing on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 6PM at the Newton Township Municipal Building, 1528 Newton Ransom Blvd., Clarks Summit. The conditional use hearing is requested by Timothy Gourley, P.E. of Tract Engineering, PLLC on behalf of Paul Heller Stone, LLC to operate a quarry near 2387 Cherry Hill Road, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 (Newton Township). The property has a Tax Parcel ID of 14104-020-001. The proposed conditional use on this property is located in the rural resources zoning district.

During the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will receive and consider evidence including testimony, comments, and recommendations relevant to the conditional use application as offered by interested individuals residing in the Township and other proper participants.
