The Zoning Hearing Board is a quasi-judicial panel of three appointed Township
residents who serve staggered three-year terms. The official function of the
Zoning Hearing Board is to hear appeals from the Zoning Officer’s decision, and
petitions for variances and special exceptions from the Zoning Ordinance. The
Zoning Hearing Board meets on an “as needed” basis. Members are on this
Board for a three (3) year term.
