Seven residents are appointed by the Board of Supervisors to serve on the
Planning Commission for staggered four-year terms. The planning is
responsible for review of subdivision and land use plans, matters pertaining to
the zoning ordinance, including zoning changes and zoning ordinance amendments;
and the impact projects have on our Township ordinances. The Planning
Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the Board of Supervisors and makes
recommendations based on their review. Members are on this Board for a
four (4) year term.
