Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance to Flag.
General Meeting
Raino motioned to accept the minutes of the September 30, 2009, 2nd by Parsells. Motion voted, all in favor, Sartori and Norton abstained.
Announcements
Next month’s meeting will be one week early due to the Thanksgiving holiday. It will be on Wednesday, November 18, 2009
The SAPA meeting will be held in the Newton Township municipal building at 6PM tomorrow night.
Unfinished Business
- Zoning Hearing Board hearing - Haan reported that the zoning hearing board granted the variance requests for the cell tower on Airport Drive

Being no public input or further business, Stemphoski motioned to adjourn, 2nd by Raino. Motion voted, all in favor. Meeting adjourned, 8:00PM.
