Raino motioned to accept the minutes of the May 27, 2009 Meeting, 2nd by Sartori. Motion voted, all in favor, Holweg and Stemphoski abstained.

Motion by Parsells to accept the minutes of the Special Meeting of June 8, 2009, 2nd by Stemphoski. Motion voted, all in favor.

Unfinished Business

• Eckel Major Subdivision - DEP approval received verbally. Motion by Holweg to recommend approval to the Board of Supervisors pending official letter from DEP, 2nd by Raino. Motion voted, all in favor.
• Hrobuchak Subdivision - New plans were received from the surveyor and reviewed for the requested changes. Contingent approval was received from LCRPC provided that the plans change the zoning from A3-R2 zone to A1 zone. DEP approval was not received. Hrobuchaks will call DEP to expedite. Hrobuchaks request a special meeting for approval of the plans by the Newton Township Planning Commission to have the plans available for review at the next Supervisor meeting. It was explained that they will need to pay for the advertisement for the special meeting and the only meeting scheduled for the Supervisors was July 2.
• Review Ordinance 2009-1 and 2009-2 - Letter to the Planning Commission requesting review of Ordinances 2009-1 and 2009-2 was received requesting the commission review the ordinances again due to some procedural issue problems the last time the ordinances were approved. Motion by Holweg to recommend approval of Ordinance 2009-1, 2nd by Raino. Motion voted, all members present were in favor.
  
  Motion by Stemphoski to recommend approval of Ordinance 2009-2, 2nd by Holweg. Motion voted, all members present were in favor.

Being no public input or further business, Stemphoski motioned to adjourn, 2nd by Sartori. Motion voted, all in favor. Meeting adjourned, 8:05PM.
