CEO Report
Haan reported on the Milwaukee Cycle issue and a letter will be sent stating that we see there is progress being made but the deadline of 7/31 is fast approaching. Also, a complaint was
received that there are semi-truck trailers located at the old Cub Cadet on Milwaukee Road. These trailers are not licensed. Haan went to the site and found that the owner’s son is looking to
operate a trailer repair shop. Haan told him that he will have to have a conditional use hearing before he can open the business. The trailer on Falls Road has been posted and Haan will check
with Sileo regarding the Paolucci property.
Bills were signed and discussed.
Being no further discussion, meeting adjourned. Motion by Martenson to adjourn, 2nd by Pardue. Motion voted, all in favor.
Meeting adjourned 9:47PM
Respectfully submitted, Francine Miller
