Wilbur Waltz, Carl Caswell and Lee Jamison

Motion by Jamison to nominate Caswell temporary chairman, 2nd by Waltz. Motion carried, all in favor.

Motion by Caswell to nominate Waltz as chairman, 2nd by Jamison. All in favor, motion carried.

The auditors realize that a CPA firm will conduct the audit of the township books. The auditors required no further action.

As outlined in the Second Class Township Code, the auditors are responsible to set the Roadmaster’s rate of pay. After discussion, motion by Waltz to retain the rate of $15.25 per hour was made, 2nd by Caswell. All in favor, motion passed.
