Stemphoski motioned to accept the minutes of the March 26, 2008 meeting, 2nd by Holweg. Motion voted, all in favor, Raino abstained.

New Business

• Ezdebski Subdivision - Mr. & Mr. Ezdebski, father and son, came before the Commission to discuss a subdivision of twelve acres. Senior Mr. Ezdebski is breaking off four acres for his son to build. This property is located at Churchill and Port Royal Road. This property was originally part of the Pete Philips subdivision and purchased in 1972. The Commission glanced at the plans and stated that they need to list the neighbor’s properties across the streets; driveway permits are needed and need to be shown on the plans, perc sites need to be shown on the plans and a delineation report will need to be done.

Unfinished Business

• Bennett Subdivision - Mr. Bennett explained that the items discussed in Os Patton’s review for the DEP modules have been addressed. He also stated that the lot numbers have been changed and a copy of the delineation report was proved to the Township. Miller explained that a check was needed to supply the maps to LCRPC. Motion by Holweg to accept the plans, 2nd by Parsells. Motion voted, all in favor.

Being no public input or further business, Stemphoski motioned to adjourn, 2nd by Holweg. Motion voted, all in favor. Meeting adjourned, 8:10PM.
