New Business

  • Bennett Major Subdivision - Mr. Bennett, Beaver Pond Road, submitted plans for a major subdivision. This parcel is from the Keough Major Subdivision. Mr. Bennett is breaking off four parcels from this property creating a 5 lot subdivision. There was no wetland delineation report provided with the plans, therefore, Commission stated that he could submit the same delineation report that was done for the Keough Subdivision. Upon review of the plans, Commission stated that Bennett needed to renumber the lots. Mr. Bennett used part of the map to show the other piece of property as lot #1. The plans have to be renumbered – not numbering the property owned by Spillane. The letter to Bennett from Os Patton with the DEP Modules was reviewed. It was explained to Mr. Bennett that he will have to take care of the items listed in Patton’s letter and the Commission could not override his decisions. The plans were not accepted and deemed incomplete.
  • Ron Faraday - Mr. Faraday, Newton Ransom Blvd., presented plans and information from a subdivision that he started in 1994 that was not completed but approved by LCRPC. After some discussion, it was explained that Mr. Faraday will still need to do a lot-line adjustment for what he wants to accomplish. He now owns a property with one deed with two parcels.
  • Fox Hill Subdivision - Plans were received by the Township for a subdivision of land once owned by Vince Piazza. The plans were deemed incomplete and will be returned to the engineer.

Unfinished Business

  • Swartz Subdivision - The plans were completed with the driveways shown as recommended by LCRPC. Motion by Holweg to recommend approval of the Swartz Subdivision to the Supervisors, 2nd by Stemphoski. Motion voted, all in favor.

Public Input
None

Being no public input or further business, Parsells motioned to adjourn, 2nd by Holweg. Motion voted, all in favor. Meeting adjourned, 8:45PM.

Respectfully submitted by Francine Miller.
