	2010 BUDGET The proposed 2010 Budget for Newton Township has been adopted with no tax increases.

	GARBAGE COLLECTION Garbage collection will not be disrupted for the July 4th Holiday. Pick-up will be on Friday as usual. Anyone wishing to speak with Mascaro - please call 1-800-243-7575

	2009 Annual Wage and Net Profits Tax Return Every Resident of Newton township who had taxable income during any part of the year must file a tax return with Newton township. You can download the form here. Requires Free Adobe PDF Viewer


	2008 Ford Explorer Newton Township through the efforts of Police Chief Robert Reese received a grant through Senator Robert Mellow's office for the total cost of a new 2008 Ford Explorer. 	Meetings . The Newton Township Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 7:30PM. There will be a conditional use hearing on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 6:45PM by a request of Richione and Richione of Grace Hill at Fords Lake Subdivision. The Newton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Work Session on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 7:30PM. The Newton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a General Meeting on Monday, August 9, 2010 at 7:30PM.

	TOWNSHIP OFFICE The Municipal Office is open daily (Monday thru Friday) 8am to 4pm. The office will be closed Wednesday, July 21, 2010 until Monday, July 26, 2010.
